I hold a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Rural Development from the University of Agriculture, Peshawar (Pakistan), completed under the Prime Minister Directives Scholarship. I subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management for Tropical Rural Development from the University of Florence, funded through the Partnership for Knowledge (PfK) programme of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). My master’s research focused on the evaluation of emerging fruit crops using multi‑criteria decision support tools, with an emphasis on sustainability-orientated agricultural innovation.

In 2025, I also obtained a Single-Cycle Master’s Degree in Digital Agriculture for Sustainable Development from the University of Pisa, further strengthening my expertise in precision agriculture, digital transformation, and data-driven approaches for rural development.

Since 2022, I have been serving as a postgraduate research fellow at the Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment, University of Pisa. Within the EU-funded CODECS project, my research centres on the socio-economic impacts of digitalisation in agriculture, including the assessment of digital technologies, their adoption dynamics, and their implications for farmers.

My academic and research trajectory integrates agricultural sciences, natural resource management, and digital innovation, with a strong focus on applying analytical tools, immersive technologies, and decision-support methodologies to advance sustainable agricultural development.
